Roll

I didn't go to school today. I planned on staying home and doing my third and final project for English, but it didn't happen. I tried to get my Grandma's old camcorder to work, but no matter what it didn't cooperate. I called Levi after school let out, but he couldn't come over to help, he said that he had work to do. I can understand this; considering he had plans to leave Mrs. Sherman's class, and now he can't, he does have quite a bit of shit to sift through if he wants to get a respectable grade this first six weeks. I also called Jared, or rather I called his house, Jared was at work. Jared's mom offered to let me go and borrow her camera, but I declined. I feel awkward enough around Jared's parents, I don't need to go over there while Jared, my only stabilizing factor, isn't there to take a $300 piece of video equipment home with me.

I have just resolved to not worry about it, it probably wasn't even worth taking a day off from school to try and fix. The video was only one third of a project, and even it the project is a large grade, I only missed 33% of it. This will give me a 67% (66.6 rounds up to 67) if she puts them all together as one grade. If she leaves them apart, that's even better. No matter how you look at it, one thing isn't going to drop my average 10 points to failing. (I hope)

I haven't been writing here as of late. I written, I just haven't posted, and while I am perfectly willing to share whatever happens to come across my mind, laziness often prevails and stops me from completing the march from my room to the kitchen computer to use the internet so I can post. Yeah, I'm that lazy.

I gave Jared posting rights here, the entry before this one is his. If he ever has anything he would like to say, he can post it here. He tells me he doesn't have enough time to keep a journal of his own, and with him juggling work and school, I believe him. He can drop in here whenever he wants.

Its late, I should go. Peace.
