Neither here nor there

I wrote this yesterday, so when it says "today", it means "yesterday".

I didn't go to school today. It was one of those days where the instant I gained consciousness, my mind was just like "Screw school. Just roll over and go back to sleep."

Who am I to argue?

I didn't really do very much, now that I think about it. Most people skip school so they can do things like go to the beach, go shopping, or some other activity that the unintelligent teenagers of today do. I'll have none of that. You guys can run to the beach and get skin cancer if you want. You're also welcome to walk around at the Wal-Mart and get you wallet lifted; no, really, be my guest. When I skip school, I just hang back at home and relax; or so that's my motto, I was actually quite active today. I spent most of my time out in the living room killing time until Alien started on TV. That movie is awesome. I also went to a restaurant on Harker's Island and ate a big-ass cheese burger for lunch; much better than that over-priced slop they serve up in the cafeteria at school. I also used my idle time today to finish some homework that I neglected to do this weekend. All of it was from Mrs. Sherman, as per the usual. She is the only teacher I have that dishes out homework on the weekends; I swear, sometimes I think she's just out to ruin my day.
