Amaze

I haven't stopped by to write an entry in a while. I've posted recently, but I haven't really written in a long time.
I stayed home on Tuesday of this week to see if I could do one of my projects for English. It was due that day, and I thought it was a major grade; turns out it really wasn't as big as I thought it was. I stayed home to see if I could get a video camera from someplace, seeing as how I needed one to even attempt my project. We had a video camera at my Grandma's house, but it had been sitting in a box for 13 years and didn't really work right. It worked a little, but it couldn't play or record on any tape, and the display is all funky looking. I called Jared and Levi, but Jared was at work, and Levi had work to do. I was out of luck in every sense of the phrase. I never got it done, and I came to school empty handed the next day. Such is life.
Me and Jared had an awesome LAN party last Saturday night. Technically, it was a LAN party, but it was fun as hell never the less. I really can't remember verbatim what all we did that night, but it was boatload of fun. I won't try and write any entry about it, because truthfully, I couldn't do it justice. We plan to make it an annual event that goes down on every weekend. We've got plans to invite Russell to this weekend's LAN, but I haven't talked to him myself, so I don't know if he can make it or not. Damn, these are fun. I'll have to look for and download some new games for us to play.
I haven't been working on my writing lately, my stories. I'm disappointed in myself a bit. I can't express with words home much I enjoy writing. Nothing feels as good as creating entire worlds armed with only your imagination and a pen. (I use a computer, but saying "pen" sounds better, don't you think?)
I've still been drawing in my free time. I've yet to surprise myself like I did that time in Computer Apps, but I would guess that I'm getting better.
I've gotta' go. I'm in class right now and the period is almost over. Better to pack it up now than make a mad rush as the bell rings. Peace.
